Our training is mandatory which allows us to provide our customers with the highest quality services (e.g. use and handling of chemicals, procedures for disinfection, procedures for effective vacuuming, preventative maintenance for hard floors, safety training specific to each procedure, health hazards of specific products, use of personal protective equipment). All AS Cleaning Services Professionals are uniformed, bonded and insured and will always arrive with cleaning supplies and equipment. Never eat, drink or smoke or use any appliance while in your home.

We use a disinfectant in the restrooms because it kills germs
We must leave the disinfectant on for 10 minutes so it has enough time to kill germs

Turnaround times on apartment move-in/out can be very short, so we must have the staff to clean your apartment on a days notice

We provide your office with our Daily Office Cleaning which includes dust/wipe desks, remove trash, sanitize/clean bathrooms and vacuum/mop floors.

Residential/ Home Cleaning

Regular Cleaning

This service is our most common and used cleaning on daily-basis.
Seasonal Cleaning

This service is our most intense cleaning, which is usually requested every 3 to 6 months. We cleanse every area of your home plus refrigerator shelves, stove surfaces, fans, cabinets, baseboards and lighting fixtures. No area is overlooked.

All Rooms

Dust baseboards, light fixtures, furniture, sills, shelves, blinds, and décor, remove cobwebs, vacuum/Mop all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs, vacuum cloth furniture including under cushions, clean glass surfaces, make up or straighten linens, empty wastebaskets.
Bathrooms

Clean showers, tubs and sinks inside and out, scrub toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank, and base, clean, dry and shine all mirrors, chrome, and tile, damp-wipe cabinet fronts, clean all shelves, fixtures and items on vanity.
Kitchen

Clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces, range hood, and sink, clean stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs, wash countertops, damp-wipe cupboard fronts, table, and chairs, clean microwave oven inside and out, including turntable.
